This elephant grass woven laundry basket , handmade in Ghana according to the bolga basketry tradition, combines natural aesthetics and functionality. Handmade in Ghana, in the Bolgatanga region, this product is made with "veta vera" grass (or elephant grass), a natural material prized for its strength and flexibility. Once harvested, the grass is transformed into straw, colored using local dyeing techniques, then carefully woven to give life to the final basket.
